The lists were issued by the OKH but also include some Luftwaffe personnel. The lists include men promoted from Oberfahnrich, Feldwebel, or its equivalent, to Leutnant and men promoted after "being reported missing or killed in action. Information includes name of individual, description and date of promotion, unit of original assignment, and unit to which assigned.
